Dr. Growth provides marketing consulting and advisory services to B2B SaaS companies, including workshops, sprint engagements, and ongoing retainer services. The Website provides information about these services and allows visitors to get in touch.

The Website also includes a scheduling tool (powered by Calendly) that allows you to book a consultation directly. By using the scheduling tool, you agree to Calendly's terms of use in addition to these Terms.

Key principles that apply to all engagements unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deliverables are provided for the client's internal business use.
  • We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools.
  • Client-specific deliverables (reports, playbooks, scorecards) are licensed to the client for their internal use upon full payment.
  • Neither party may use the other's name or logo in marketing materials without prior written consent.

6. Booking and Scheduling

Meeting bookings made through the Calendly widget on our Website are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not create a contractual obligation for either party.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. If we need to do so, we will notify you promptly using the contact information you provided.

The scheduling tool is provided by Calendly LLC, a third-party service. Your use of Calendly is also subject to Calendly's terms and privacy policy.
